Class action status is being sought in a federal lawsuit filed against PNC Financial Service on behalf of about 50,000 current and former PNC employees. The suit alleges that in 1999 the company illegally converted its traditional pension plan to a cash balance plan, which is worth much less money, and will result in a reduction in benefits as employees grow older.

Pnc has been charging me overdraft fees for 12 years. It will showing inaccurate balances and then lower balance to bounce checks to charge fees. I have had to stop using checks completely.
