Point Blank Body Armor, Inc. and Protective Apparel Corporation of America, Inc.

A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of purchasers of bullet resistant vests containing Zylon®. The Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida issued a Final Approval Order granting a product recall and replacement valued at over $45 million. Purchasers and owners of Point Blank, PACA and Galls brand vests containing Zylon® are entitled to receive new non-Zylon® replacement vests and other benefits, at no cost. (Apr-18-06)
