Las Vegas, NV: A lawsuit was filed and was seeking class action status on behalf of more than 500 card dealers at the Las Vegas strip hotel. The lawsuit was filed in Clark County District Court and claimed a recently implemented tip pooling program required dealers to share tips with supervisors and therefore represented a breach of contract and violated Nevada state law. District Court Judge Douglas Herndon dismissed the lawsuit noting there was no contract of employment between the dealers and Wynn. (Dec-07-06)
