Shareholders filed a class action lawsuit against the former WorldCom chief executive for securities fraud. Ebbers was convicted of fraud and conspiracy in the $11 billion accounting fraud collapse of WorldCom in 2002. He has agreed to a $5 million settlement for investors. (Jul-01-05)
