Houston, TX: (Feb-22-07) Willbros Group, an engineering and construction firm, was sued by its investors in 2005 accusing it of bribing government officials in Bolivia, Nigeria, and Ecuador to win work. The suit alleged that due to this, there were delays and restatements of financial results. The matter ended with a $10.5 million settlement of the class action, securities fraud lawsuit.
