WFI Class Action Dismissed

Shareholders tried to file a securities fraud class action against the wireless communication network and security systems company. The class included all those who purchased shares between May 5, 2003 and August 4, 2004. The United States District Court for the Southern District of California has dismissed claims against WFI and certain officers and directors. Plaintiffs have 45 days to amend their complaint.
