A $7.35 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed regarding the chain's alleged failure to comply with the state's item-pricing regulation. The company will spend $5.6 million in the next three years to bring its Massachusetts stores into compliance with the regulation, as well as $750,000 to attorneys and $1 million in grants to several consumer and charitable groups and the office of Attorney General.
