A $20 million dollar settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed against Verizon Communications (previously known as GTE) on behalf of its California customers. The suit alleged that the company overcharged and assigned the wrong long-distance carriers to between 270,000 and 607,000 of its customers from August 11, 1997 to December 30, 2002. In addition to the California plaintiffs, there were also a small number of clients in Arizona and Nevada affected by the suit. (May-14-03) [EMAIL LAW FIRM]

Hello, I lived in Henderson NV from June of 1989 till June of 2014 in range of the Verizon cell phone tower located on Robindale Street. (89014). During that time I suffered decling health that finally forced me to short sale my Condo. It's now Mar 12,, 2018 & thank GOD I an slowly but surely regaining my health. my question is: Did any one succesfully sue Verizon for frying the neighborhood by adding panels to the cell phone tower on Robindale over the years. ? They damn near killed me. Thanks in advance for your help. Plz contact me
