Las Vegas, NV: A class action was filed against the condominium developer on behalf of prospective residents. The lawsuit claimed breach of contract, fraud and deceptive trade practices by increasing the price of the Vegas Grand condominium project. Del American canceled reservation contracts and raised prices by 50% at its $650 million mid-rise condo project. The condominium project has since been canceled. Del American has been ordered to pay 2.5% of gross sales estimated at $15 million. (Nov-28-06)
