The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a federal class action lawsuit on behalf of female employees. The lawsuit claimed hostesses and waitresses at Valentino's were subjected to gender harassment. The Italian restaurant in the Venetian hotel casino has agreed to pay a $600,000 class action settlement to five female employees. Valentino's will also institute anti-discrimination training.
