University of Rochester

A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of nearly 40,000 hourly employees who worked for the university over the past seven years. The suit claimed hourly workers would work through their breaks and not get paid for the time worked and that the time they would spend working on breaks resulted in overtime pay that they never received.
