A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of hundreds of farm workers against the company for allegedly forcing employees to work unpaid hours in California's grape fields. The Tulare County grape grower has agreed to a $1.7 million class action settlement for unpaid preparation time. (Oct-04-05)
