Tri-State Crematory et al.

A $40 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of the families of more than 300 people whose bodies were found strewn across the grounds of Tri-State. The suit was filed following the arrest of crematory operator Ray Brent Marsh who was accused of dumping 334 bodies instead of cremating them between 1988 and 2002.
