Nebraska: A consolidated securities class action lawsuit was filed against the electronic payment software maker and some of its executives over the restatement of financials filed in January 2003. The case was filed in the US District Court for the District of Nebraska on behalf of all those who purchased the company's common stock between January 21, 1999 and November 19, 2002.
