A settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of approximately 140,000 people who were subjected to an allegedly illegal $30 fee on parking tickets received at private parking lots around Seattle. According to the settlement, people who have already paid the fee will not get their money back, however consumers who have not yet paid will not have to pay the extra $30.
