A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed in regards to a 1955 pipeline leak. The company will pay $15 million to the small town of Sunburst to finish cleaning up the spill, as well as $25 million in punitive damages. (Aug-19-04) [BILLINGS GAZETTE]
