Glenville, NY: A class action lawsuits was filed against the upstate locomotive manufacturer for allegedly discriminating and harassing African American employees. The lawsuit claimed African American employees were threatened, harassed, criticized and denied advancement. Super Steel has agreed to pay the workers a $1.25 million class action settlement.
