An agreement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of more than 500 Alaska high school seniors with disabilities. The agreement will allow disabled students in the class of 2004 to graduate if they have met other requirements for a diploma, even if they have not passed the state's new high school exit exam.
