Up to 100,000 people may eligible for the tentative $10.7 million settlement reached against the auto group. People who bought new or used vehicles from a Spitzer dealership between Aug. 7, 1998, and Dec. 31, 2004, and who were charged a pre-printed $97.50 on the buyer's agreement for dealer overhead, may be eligible.
