Snap-On Inc. Franchisees Class Action Settlement

Several lawsuits were filed against the industrial tool maker by former franchisees. Franchisees had been seeking to resolve their claims with class action arbitration. Snap-On has agreed to pay $38 million to resolve pending lawsuits. (May-16-06) [REUTERS]
