The Central District of California dismissed a class action lawsuit against the footwear manufacturer for securities fraud. The March 25, 2003 investors who owned shares between April 3 and Dec. 9, 2002 alleged Skechers and certain of its officers and directors violated federal securities law. (Apr-29-05)
