Inno-Pacific Holdings, based in Singapore, has announced that it will sell sell its 61-unit Shakey's Pizza chain to The Jacmar Companies for $4.5 million dollars. According to the company, the sale ends the December 2002 class action lawsuit filed by by 20 franchisees against Shakey's Inc. (Jul-01-04) [PIZZA MARKETPLACE]
