A class action was filed against the rental center for allegedly violating the Arkansas Constitution usury limit of 10% on rental purchase transactions. The Court recognized that rent to own transactions are governed by the Arkansas Rental Purchase Act and are not subject to usury limits and therefore dismissed the case for the third time.
