Several hundred current and former store managers filed a class action lawsuit against the electronics retailer for unpaid overtime. The workers claimed RadioShack improperly classified them as managers to avoid paying overtime and that they were essentially sales people with limited managerial duties. The settlement could cost the company up to $15 million. (Sep-16-05)
