Alabaster Police Department Racial Profiling Class Action Dismissed

A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of Alabaster residents who contended they had been victims of racial profiling. The case alleged police harassment toward blacks and Hispanics solely based on their race or ethnicity. A federal judge has dismissed a case. (Oct-06-05) [NBC NEWS]
