Approximately 100 homeowners tried to file a class action lawsuit against the company alleging financial losses when Pulte lowered home prices due to a decreased demand for the homes. The class action suit was dismissed without prejudice and will be re-filed as five separate cases for each home subdivision. (Aug-08-05)
