A $54.5 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed regarding allegations that the company was overcharging its clients for expenses. The suit claimed that the defendant, and four other companies, had billed for consulting services, airfare and other travel expenses and later drew rebates that were not passed on to the plaintiffs.
