A lawsuit was filed and was seeking class action status against the computer software and services company alleging mismanagement, fraud, negligence and misrepresentation. The lead plaintiff dismissed the case, was not paid any money to dismiss the lawsuit and has agreed never to bring these claims again. (Mar-15-06)
