A $12.1 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed against Poland Spring Water Co. The settlement is pending approval at an Oct. 20 hearing in Kane County, Illinois. The suit alleged that the company's bottled water does not come from a spring and is not completely safe. The settlement calls for discounts or free water worth over $8 million for five years, contributions of $2.75 million to charities, and increases in their monitoring of water quality. There are still 10 other class action lawsuits pending against the company. (Sep-03-03)

I have been drinking Poland spring water for about 15 plus years 3 cases a week! If I am not during spring water what am I drinking! I would like to be considered for this
