Shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit against the global leader in Health Sciences and Photonics for securities fraud. The purported class action and derivative lawsuits filed in July 2002 and June 2004 against the company and certain of its officers and directors have been dismissed by the plaintiffs. (Nov-07-05)
