Owens Corning securities class action denied

Owens Corning. A Toledo Judge has dismissed a case pending class action approval against the company for securities fraud. The lawsuit claimed the company and its executives mislead investors about their financial situation before its bankruptcy filing in October, 2000. (Mar-15-05) [TOLEDO BLADE]
