OM Group Inc. securities Settlement

The metal based chemical manufacturer has agreed to an $84.5 million securities settlement. In November of 2002, OM Group's share value decreased by two thirds and stockholders quickly filed a class action suit alleging securities fraud. (Mar-24-05) [BUSINESS WEEK]
