Nokia Corp. Class Action Dismissed

Shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit against the telecommunications company alleging securities fraud. The case was filed on behalf of those who purchased, converted, exchanged or otherwise acquired the common stock of Nokia between January 8, 2004 and April 6, 2004.
