GEICO et al. Class Action Dismissed

Melissa Murphy and Peter Falley tried to file a class action lawsuit against GEICO, Progressive Northern Insurance Company, and 15 other no-fault insurance providers in Delaware. They alleged the defendants engaged in an industry wide practice that unfairly denied full payment for medical expenses.
