Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against the organization claiming uninsured patients paid higher rates than others. A federal judge has dismissed the lawsuit that also alleged the hospital failed to fulfill their charitable mission by not providing discounted health care to uninsured patients. (May-31-05)
