A $6 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of 3,000 Lay Lake property owners. The suit alleged property damages due to polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) pollution in the lake caused by the company's Anniston chemical plant. (Oct-15-04)
