Microsoft Corp. Antitrust Class Action Dismissed

Five Californian cities filed a class action lawsuit against the computer software manufacturer claiming they were overcharged for products. A federal judge has dismissed the lawsuit and noted Microsoft did not violate antitrust or unfair competition laws in California. (Apr-19-05) [EXTREME TECH]
