A settlement has been reached in the securities class action lawsuit filed against Metro Global Media, Inc. on behalf of investors who purchased shares of the company's common stock between September 13, 1996 and September 13, 1999. A hearing will be held on November 17, 2003 to approve the proposed settlement, and in order to take share in the proposed settlement, a Proof of Claim must be postmarked by October 27, 2003.
