Medi-Hut Co., Inc.

A settlement has been reached and is pending court approval in the securities class action lawsuits filed against Medi-Hut Co., Inc. The suits were commenced in March, 2002 and consolidated on January 13, 2003 against the company, as well as against and certain of its former officers and directors. Under the terms of settlement, the company will pay $400,000 in cash to the plaintiffs, as well as issue shares of Medi-Hut common stock equal to 6% (861,990 shares) of Medi-Hut's currently issued and outstanding shares of common stock.
