Montreal, QC: (Mar-08-07) A class action securities fraud lawsuit was filed against Mamma.com Inc. in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. A preliminary settlement reached ordered Mamma.com to pay $3.15 million into escrow for the benefit of plaintiffs and the class. $650,000 will be paid by Mamma.com and the rest by their insurance carrier.
