Christine Walter and Sharon King filed a class action lawsuit against the hospital for allegedly using physician auto signatures to intentionally mislead patients into believing a physician had reviewed the test results. A Common Pleas Judge threw out the case a year ago and an appeal was filed to the Supreme Court who also dismissed the lawsuit. (Apr-16-05)
