A $150 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed in May 2001 on behalf of anyone who purchased the drug Lupron after Jan. 1, 1985. The suit alleged that the company artificially inflated the price of the drug, which is primarily used to treat prostate cancer, but is also prescribed for endometriosis in women and premature puberty in children. I was in the Lupron trail, I had to to have a total LAVH at 27yrs old. I'm still dealing with issues. I have Medical records with failed Lupron treatment noted... they KNEW this drug was escalating Endo not curing it. Along with Depo. Porvera.

I was given Lupron in 2005 for endometriosis in preparation of a hysterectomy. I have suffered from bone loss, memory loss, pain, inflammation and excessive weight gain.
