A $3.75 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of 1,100 current and former Long Island Sound lobstermen. The suit alleged that pesticides sprayed by the companies to kill West Nile virus-carrying mosquitoes caused the 1999 lobster die-off. (Dec-11-04)
