Memphis, TN: (Feb-22-07) A class action lawsuit was filed against the financial services provider for allegedly illegally charging Missouri customers loan origination fees. First Horizon has reached a preliminary settlement to limit damages to $36.3 million, ending the class action litigation.

Won't accept my payments. Purposely making it nearly impossible to make payments. This has caused my credit to suffer. Even though I was told I am up to date, now I suddenly can't make payments over the phone, or online, or via mail. They just keep sending my payments back.
