A class action lawsuit against Journal Communications has been dismissed. Journal Communications sold subsidiary Perry Printing in 1995 and former employees of Perry claimed they lost money because they weren't allowed to sell their Journal stock over ten years when Perry was sold. Journal Communications told their employees at the time they could sell their stock over five years. The lawsuit was dismissed because it was filed after the two-year statute of limitations had expired. (Jun-20-06)
