A $6.4 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf more than 425 of the company's royalty holders. The original lawsuit alleged that the company had deducted excessive transportation and processing expenses from the royalties owed to them from Powder River Basin coal-bed methane production.
