Shareholders tried to file a securities fraud class action against the for-profit educator for allegedly inflating enrollment figures, falsifying grades, attendance and placement records, and shredding documents. An Indianapolis federal judge has dismissed the case because shareholders did not adequately demonstrate securities fraud. (Sep-15-05)
