Clients tried to file a class action against the insurance company challenging the validity of the household / family exclusion in auto policies. Plaintiffs have agreed to dismiss their cause of action against the defendant with prejudice. The dismissal was based on a decision by the Tennessee Supreme Court answering a certified question from the federal district court.
