A preliminary settlement has been reached and is pending approval in the class action lawsuit filed against Insignia Financial Group, CBRE Holding, Inc. and an affiliate thereof and Island Fund I LLC. The suit was filed by shareholders of Insignia in connection to the proposed merger between Insignia and CB Richard Ellis, an affiliate of CBRE Holding. (Jul-08-03)
