A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed regarding an alleged breach of a 1996 settlement agreement. The agreement was related to earlier environmental damage claims against Ok Tedi Mining Limited. The settlement is subject to court approval and requests a dismissal of the proceedings.
